These Terms govern your access to and use of EXOTIC BLUEPRINT ROI (the "Service"). By creating an account or starting a free trial you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

EXOTIC BLUEPRINT ROI is a calculator and decision-support tool for exotic and performance vehicles. It is provided for educational and informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, tax, legal, or investment advice. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on the Service.

2. Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

3. Subscription, Free Trial & Billing

• New subscribers receive a 3-day free trial. A valid payment method (including Apple Pay or Google Pay) is required upfront.
• After the trial, your card is automatically charged $9.99 per month on a recurring basis until you cancel.
• You may cancel at any time from the in-app "Manage" page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; the Service remains available until then.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.
• All charges are final and non-refundable except where required by law.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the Service.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to access another user's account or data.
• Abuse the EXOTIC AI BOT for content unrelated to its purpose.

5. AI Features

EXOTIC AI BOT outputs are generated by third-party AI models and may be inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete. Always independently verify listings, prices, and vehicle history before making a purchase.

6. Intellectual Property

All software, branding, and content of the Service are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal or business decision-making.

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR ACCURATE.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time by canceling your subscription and closing your account.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the app. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
